High Protein Diet for Weight Loss
Raspberry High Protein Chia Seeds Pudding :

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 cup Greek yogurt, 2% (240 g)

3 tbsp chia seeds (30 g)

½ cup fresh raspberries (60 g)

Optional: 2 tsp honey (14 g)

Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract

🥄 Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and chia seeds.

If desired, add honey and vanilla extract for extra sweetness and flavor. Stir well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best) until the chia seeds thicken the yogurt.

To serve, take a clear glass or jar:

Add half of the chia-yogurt mixture →

Layer with raspberries →

Top with the rest of the yogurt →

Garnish with a few raspberries on top.
