Recipe:
1.5 cups spelt flour
1.5 cups buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking soda/bread soda/bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp pink himalyan salt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup linseeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp brewers yeast
2 cups whey or buttermilk or almond milk
Oven: 180c for 35mins
