This is a wonderful low-carb pizza recipe. The crust is delicious and the toppings are amazing. It uses absolutely no flour, has far fewer calories than a traditional pizza, but all the flavor is still there! It’s a great alternative for anyone who loves pizza but wants to stick to a healthy diet. You can easily change the toppings to make it exactly the way you like. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 large cauliflower
– 1 egg (https://youtu.be/DHO0BbVQbrc)
– 2 tablespoons light mozzarella
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
– Salt, curry, and oregano to taste
– Tomato sauce to taste
– 3.5 oz / 100g shredded chicken (¾ cup)
– 4 slices light mozzarella
– 3 cherry tomatoes or 1 tomato
Pre-bake in the oven at 360 ºF / 180 ºC for 20 minutes. Then bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Makes 4 servings, each with approximately 220 calories, 9g of carbohydrates (6g of which are fiber and only 3g are net carbs), 18g of protein, and 13g of fat.
