-Salt
-Sugar-1/2 tsp
-Besan sev -1/2 cup
-Chilli powder – 1 tsp
-Coriander powder -1 tsp
-Ginger-1 inch (crushed)
-Amchur powder -1 tsp
-Green chilli – 2
-Coriander leaves
-Semolina – 3/4 cup
-Water-1&1/2 cup
-Salt
-Chilli flex – 1 tsp
-Oil – 2 tsp
-Coriander leaves
-Oil
