Macros: 433 cals, 35P, 68C, 2F

Ingredients:
45g all purpose flour
2g cinnamon
100g 0% Greek yogurt
60g low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
30g brown monkfruit sweetener
2g baking powder
Pinch of salt
60ml egg whites
75ml Fairlife skim milk
60g Apple pie filling
10g crushed graham cracker

Bake at 350F for 35 mins

MAPLE PECAN PANCAKE BOWL

Macros: 446 cals, 35.5P, 48.5C, 12F

Ingredients:
50g all purpose flour
2g cinnamon
100g 0% Greek yogurt
60g low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
30g brown monkfruit sweetener
2g baking powder
Pinch of salt
60ml egg whites
75ml Fairlife skim milk
15g chopped pecans
10g sugar-free maple syrup

Bake at 350F for 30 mins

PEANUT BUTTER CUP PANCAKE BOWL

Macros: 461 cals, 40P, 56C, 10F

Ingredients:
40g all purpose flour
10g powdered peanut butter
5g unsweetened cocoa powder
100g 0% Greek yogurt
60g low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
30g monkfruit sweetener
2g baking powder
2 egg whites
75ml Fairlife skim milk
1 peanut butter cup
5g melted peanut butter

Bake at 350F for 30 mins

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Macros: 569 cals, 43.5P, 65.5C, 13.5F

Ingredients:
60g oat flour
170g light cottage cheese
90g egg whites
1 egg
15g sugar free maple syrup
3g baking powder
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
10g mini chocolate chips

CARROT CAKE WAFFLES

Macros: 541 cals, 45P, 56C, 13.5F

Ingredients:
65g oat flour
170g light cottage cheese
90g egg whites
1 egg
15g sugar free maple syrup
3g baking powder
3g cinnamon
1g nutmeg
1g ginger
40g grated carrot
20g light cream cheese
10g zero calorie powdered monkfruit

CINNAMON SWIRL PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST

Macros: 483 cals, 30.5P, 46.5C, 19.5F

Ingredients:
3 slices cinnamon swirl bread (mine had 60 cals per slice. Can sub white bread)
3 eggs
60ml egg whites
5ml vanilla extract
20g zero calorie sweetener
5g cinnamon

PUMPKIN PANCAKES

Macros: 519 cals, 42.5P, 59.5C, 10.5F

Ingredients:
65g oat flour
110g light cottage cheese
60g pure pumpkin
90g egg whites
1 egg
15g sugar free maple syrup
3g baking powder
3g cinnamon
4ml vanilla extract

MAPLE CINNAMON WAFFLES

Macros: 498 cals, 46P, 50C, 10.5F
