Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1 tsp garlic (grated)
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 100g grated paneer
• ½ cup chopped palak (spinach)
• 2 tsp water (for juiciness)
• 4 bread slices
• 2 cheese slices
• Butter for toasting
🔥 Recipe:
1️⃣ Tawa garam karein, thoda butter daalein.
2️⃣ Add karein onion aur salt halka brown hone tak bhunein.
3️⃣ Ab daalein garlic, oregano, chilli flakes ache se sauté karein.
4️⃣ Onions ko side karein, butter daalein aur paneer + kali mirch + salt daalein.
5️⃣ Golden hone tak bhunein, phir add karein palak aur thoda roast karein.
6️⃣ Mix karein sab kuch aur thoda pani daalein for juicy filling.
7️⃣ Bread ke dono side cheese slice lagayein, beech me filling daalein aur close karein.
8️⃣ Dono side butter laga kar tawa pe sekhein jab tak dono side golden aur crispy ho jaayein.
