I could seriously go on and on about how good these are….like why is this not a thing that we’re talking about?? Did you know you can BAKE pancakes instead of cook them on the stovetop and then you’re not sitting there flipping pancakes the entire time?
Maybe this is just new to me but it’s honestly life changing. Don’t get me wrong, I will always love traditional pancakes. Always. But these baked pancake bars made with cottage cheese for an extra-fluffy texture + lots of protein are absolutely life-changing.
These are so good and they only take about 40 minutes to make. I love doubling the batch and keeping them in the fridge or freezer for healthy, high-protein pancakes all week long!
