PROTEIN CAESAR DRESSING

I grew up eating Caesar salads. They were my hyper fixation meal and I would never not order it if it was on the menu. There’s honestly not many things better than a crisp Caesar salad. As I try to incorporate more protein in my diet, this dressing just made so much sense and it’s so delicious! Plus it makes enough dressing to have Caesar salads all week! I love to top mine with some grilled chicken, salmon and shrimp too seriously so YUMMMM 😁🤤

Ingredients:
1 cup 2% or 5% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp anchovy paste
1 – 2 garlic cloves (grated using a grater)
2-4 tbsp water to thin
1/2 tsp salt or more to taste

Mixed ingredients together to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container or dressing bottle in the fridge for up to two weeks!
