• 2 grated beetroots
• 2 grated boiled potatoes
• 1–2 chopped green chillies
• ½ bowl coriander leaves
• ½ spoon cumin seeds
• 1 chopped onion
• ½ spoon red chilli powder

• Oil for shallow frying
