Made with canned chickpeas and frozen spinach, it’s quick to prepare but still tastes like slow-cooked comfort food.

INGREDIENTS:
– 1kg. Canned Chickpeas
– 250g. Frozen Spinach
– 2 diced Onion
– 1 sliced Carrot
– 4 sliced Garlic Cloves
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 500g. canned chopped Tomatoes
– 1lt. (4 cups) Beef Stock
