🌸 Pink Guava Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 pink guava (ripe but firm), chopped
• ½ avocado, chopped
• A handful of paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
• ½ teaspoon thyme (or use pizza/pasta/oregano mix — any will do!)
• 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Chop the guava and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
2. Crumble the paneer into small chunks.
3. In a bowl or container, combine guava, avocado, and paneer.
4. Add salt, chili flakes, thyme (or herb mix), and lemon juice.
5. Cover the container and shake, shake, shake! until everything is well mixed.
6. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top before serving.
