INGREDIENTS:
1-finely chopped veggies- cucumber, carrot fruits-dragan fruit red, Pomegranate..
2-Greek yoghurt or hung curd (1 cup)
(Natural flavour & Mango flavour greek yogurt)
3-salt to taste
4-roasted jeera powder 1 tsp
black salt to taste
4-1/2 cup black chana (boiled) – you may use moong sprouts.
5-tbsp soaked chia seeds
handful of chopped mint leaves or parsley
Just mix everything well and serve
