INGREDIENTS
Cheesecake layer
1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup @legion apple pie protein powder (code 2xw)
Apple Layer
2 medium diced apples
1.5 tbsp Homemade Caramel (equal parts olive oil and maple syrup, whisked)
1-2 tbsp brown sugar alternative
dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
•Blend your cottage cheese with your protein powder.
•Whisk 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp maple syrup for caramel and place in pan on medium low, followed by your chopped apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
•Cook until your apples are soft, and layer with your apple pie cheesecake
