INGREDIENTS:

beetroot dosa:
1) beetroot juice – 1cup
2) wheat flour – 2cup
3)salt (to taste)

moong sprout curry:
1)oil – 1tsp
2)cumin seed – 1tsp
3)coconut – 1/4 cup
4)ginger – 1small ps
5)garlic – 2cloves
6)curry leaves -few
7)onion – 1ps
8)tomato – 1ps
9)coriander powder – 1 1/2tsp
10)chilly powder – 1tsp
11)moong sprout – 2 1/2 cup
12)turmeric powder – 1tsp

seasoning:
1)oil -1tsp
2)shallots – 4-5ps
3)curry leaves – few
4)garam masala – 1/4tsp
