This Poha Chivda is made with minimal oil and packed with the goodness of nuts, curry leaves, and spices — giving you that perfect balance of crunch and flavor.

Ingredients:
• Poha (flattened rice) – 2 cups
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Cashews – 2 tbsp
• Almonds – 2 tbsp
• Dry coconut slices – 2 tbsp
• Curry leaves – 10–12
• Roasted chana – 2 tbsp
• Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
• Raisins – 1 tbsp
• Cranberries – 1 tbsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Black salt – ¼ tsp
• Amchur powder – ½ tsp
• Peri Peri masala – ½ tsp

Method:
1. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add turmeric. Mix well.
2. Add poha and roast on low flame till crisp and golden. Remove and keep aside.
3. In the same pan, heat mustard oil.
4. Add cashews, almonds, and coconut slices; roast till golden.
5. Add curry leaves, roasted chana, roasted peanuts, raisins, and cranberries.
6. Add all spices – red chilli powder, salt, black salt, amchur powder, and peri peri masala. Mix well.
7. Add roasted poha and toss gently till evenly coated.
8. Cool completely and store in an airtight jar.
