This creamy, nutty Kesar Pista Cheesecake is sugar-free, protein-rich & perfect for festive parties.

Ingredients 📝
90 g paneer
½ cup soaked pistachios
2 tbsp hung curd
4–5 tsp honey / sweetener of choice
9–10 soaked saffron strands
¼ tsp cardamom powder
½ tbsp sunflower seeds
½ tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp almonds
2–3 walnuts
1 tsp ghee

Recipe 👩‍🍳
Blend paneer, pistachios, hung curd, honey, saffron & cardamom into a smooth cream.
In another blender, blend all nuts + seeds with ghee into a coarse base.
Press the nutty base into a container, layer the creamy mix on top.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Slice & serve chilled — your healthy Diwali dessert is ready ✨🍰
