Greek style yoghurt is basically strained yoghurt. Yoghurt & curd are not the same but the only difference is the culture used to set it.
Greek yoghurt is higher in protein because it is concentrated yoghurt.

500 g Yoghurt = 30 g Protein
1 Litre Skimmed Milk / Low Fat Milk
3 to 4 tbsp Yoghurt culture – you can use any store bought yoghurt (Not high protein ones, just regular yoghurt, then once you make it, you can use this as the setting culture)
