Sharing today a very simple easy to make, high protein and delicious soya chunks matar tikkis/cutlet that gets ready in under 20 – 25 mins. Perfect for your weight loss journey, have it for a quick Lunch/Dinner or pack these for lunch box. These cutlets are wholesome as it has protein, carbs, good fats and fiber in form of veggies. Ingredients
Soya chunks – 40 gms
1/2 tsp salt
Water to boil soya chunks
Blanched Spinach – 200 gms
Boiled peas – 1/2 cup
Small piece of ginger
1 Green chili
1 medium size onion
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Juice of half lemon or 1 tsp Amchur powder
Fresh coriander
2-3 tbsp roasted besan/sattu/oats flour
Ghee/oil to shallow fry tikki
Creamy Honey mustard dip
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp Hung curd
30 gms paneer
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Tandoori tikka masala/ peri peri masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp mustard turmeric oil
Juice of half lemon
2-3 tbsp milk or water
