Harabara Tofu Kebab

Ingredients:
• 1 cup green peas (blanched)
• Handful spinach (blanched)
• 1 cup French beans (blanched)
• 1 cup mashed sweet potato
• 1 onion, 2 green chillies, 1 inch ginger
• 1 cup tofu (crumbled)
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1½ tsp salt (to taste)
• 1½ tbsp besan
• Lemon juice & oil spray

To serve: Onion rings, lemon wedges, green chutney

Instructions:
1. Blend all veggies, tofu, onion, chilli, and ginger to a soft mixture.
2. Add all spices, salt, and besan; mix well.
3. Shape onto skewers or sticks.
4. Pan-cook with light oil spray until golden on all sides.
5. Squeeze lemon and serve with chutney and onions.
