Wheat Flour – 2.5 cups
Salt – V2 Tsp
Water – As needed for soft dough
For Stuffing
Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour) – 1.5 Cups
Green Chili – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 1/3 Cup Garlic – 1 Tbsp Ginger – 1Tbsp
Coriander Leaves – 3 Tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain)- 1/2 Tsp
Nigella Seeds – i2 Tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Pickle Masala – 1 Tbsp Mustard Oil – 2 Tbsp Other Ingredient:
