1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
2 eggs (room temp)
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup coconut sugar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Preheat to 350°F (180°C) and line your pan with parchment.
2️⃣ Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
