👵 Dadi & Me Healthy Protein Bar Recipe
Ingredients (with Measurements):

½ cup flax seeds (alsi)
½ cup black & white sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 tbsp ghee
½ cup black raisins (kismis)
4–5 figs (anjeer)
5–6 soft dates (khajoor, deseeded)

Method:
Dry roast flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and walnuts until lightly golden.
In another pan, add 1 tbsp ghee.
Add raisins, figs, and dates — cook for a minute till soft.
Mix everything together and roughly grind in a mixer jar.
Spread the mixture on butter paper, press firmly, and let it set.
Cut into bars or small bites — and enjoy your homemade, healthy protein bars! 🍯
