Making oat bread at home is literally saving my live. This recipe has only two or three ingredients if you include the sea salt. I use two cups of organic oats, two cups of distilled water, and about a half teaspoon of pink sea salt. I add to the blender, let it sit for 30 minutes, then I blend. From there I create pancakes, of which I have used at tortilla, or just a side of bread to dip in my hot soups. Sometimes, I have them in the morning just like pancakes and add maple syrup. Oat bread is also amazing with plant butter or Italian style with oil, vinegar, and salt. If you make some for yourself, let me know how you faired in the comment section below!
