✨ Festive Recipes – Guilt-Free Papdi Chaat ✨

This Beetroot Papdi Chaat Board is my healthy twist on everyone’s favorite Indian snack — crispy whole wheat papdis, creamy curd, tangy chutneys, and that perfect chaat masala kick! 💕

🧾 Ingredients
For the Papdi
Boiled beetroot – ½
Green chilli – 1
Garlic – 2 cloves
Water – ¼ cup
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Sesame seeds – 1 tbs
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
For the Chaat Dip
Boiled kala chana – ¼ cup
Boiled potato – ¼ cup
Onion – ¼ cup
Tomato – ¼ cup
Green chilli – 1
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp

For the Yogurt Mix
Hung curd – 2 cups
Desi khand – 3 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Pinch of salt

To Garnish
Dhaniya-pudina chutney
Imli chutney
Pomegranate pearls
Barik sev

🕐 Bake @180°C for 15–18 mins
(Flip the papdis after 12 mins for even baking)

👩‍🍳 Steps

1️⃣ Blend beetroot, garlic & green chilli with water.
2️⃣ Add this to whole wheat flour along with sesame seeds, ajwain, salt, pepper & ghee.
3️⃣ Knead the dough, roll thin, and cut papdis.
4️⃣ Bake until crisp and golden.
5️⃣ Top with kala chana mix, curd, chutneys, sev, and pomegranate pearls.
