For those who are new to my channel, hello! My name is Olivia and I’ve been a diabetic for over 20 years. In my time with diabetes, I have done my best to make living with this disease, more enjoyable and sustainable long-term. I started creating content hearing on YouTube to help other diabetics do the same.

Marry me chicken pasta bake : one serving
-half cup egg noodles
-half cup chicken broth
-quarter cup Alfredo sauce
-sun-dried tomatoes
-Spinach
-Parmesan
-Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

1.) preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients into a bowl, put into an oven dish, and bake for about 45 minutes
2.) make sure your cooking container is tightly covered with foil so that way the steam helps cook the meal.

Sausage, egg, and cheese French toast sliders: one serving
-One egg cooked however you’d like
-One low-calorie hotdog bun, I use the 647 hot dog buns
-Velveeta sliced American cheese
-2 turkey sausage patties.

1.) flat and hotdog buns, soak hotdog bun and egg mixture, liquid, and pan fry on stove.
2.) prepare egg and sausage patty, according to your liking, make sandwich out of the bun.

Egg mixture: one egg, splash of half-and-half, sprinkle of cinnamon.
-to make egg mixture, combine all of the ingredients

Piña colada cool whip bowls: 8 servings
-5ounce container, vanilla Greek yogurt
-One container sugar-free Cool Whip
-One container, sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake pudding
-One cup, crushed pineapple
-topping of choice
