Today the kids are showing you what we ate for dinner. A simple and healthy vegan/vegetarian dinner : A black bean, corn and avocado stuffed sweet potato with a delicious homemade lemon tahini sauce. It was SO DELICIOUS and kids approved!

We are a large family of six, homeschooling our 4 kids (grade 6-5-3-1). We are a bilingual family, alternating between english and french throughout the day. I learnt english later in life so my apologies for my strong accent. We have an active and healthy lifestyle. We consider our diet to be flexiterian, that is, mostly based on fruits, vegetables, grains and seeds. We occasionally eat meat and fish in small quantities. Our philosophy is that everyday life provides many opportunities to learn and have fun as a family.
