Ingredients
550 kcal for 2 servings
・2 salmon fillets
・A pinch of salt
・A little flour
・1 tsp oil
・100 g mushrooms (any kind you like)

・1 tsp sesame oil
・150 ml water
・1 tbsp white wine
・1 tbsp sugar
・1 tbsp soy sauce

・2 tsp potato starch
・2 tsp water

Instructions
1 Sprinkle salt on the salmon and let sit for 5 minutes.
2 Pat dry with paper towels.
3 Coat lightly with flour.
4 Heat oil in a pan and cook the salmon until both sides are golden.
5 In another pan, heat sesame oil and cook mushrooms until soft.
6 Add water, white wine, sugar, and soy sauce. Simmer to reduce slightly.
7 Turn off the heat, then add the starch mixture (2 tsp starch + 2 tsp water).
8 Stir until thickened.
9 Pour the sauce generously over the salmon and serve.
