Ingredients: (Makes 8 cookies)
1 apple
1½ tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1¼ cup oats
1/4 cup of almond flour or dessicated coconut
Almond slices (optional)
Recipe:
1. Add the apple, peanut butter, maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the oats, almond flour/dessicated coconut and mix well until combined.
2. Add it in equal amount on a lined baking tray and top it with almond slices. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Enjoyy!!
