• Paneer – 200g (crumbled)
• Mushrooms – 6–8 (chopped)
• Broccoli – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Cauliflower – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Onion – 1 medium
• Tomato – 1 medium
• Green chili – 1 (optional)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Red chili powder – ½ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Garam masala – ¼ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil or ghee – 1½ tbsp
• Cheese – 2 tbsp (optional)
• Lemon juice & coriander – for garnish 🌿

1️⃣ Heat oil → sauté onions till golden.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste + green chili → cook till fragrant.
3️⃣ Add mushrooms, broccoli & cauliflower → cook 3–4 mins.
4️⃣ Add tomato + spices → cook till masala leaves oil.
5️⃣ Add crumbled paneer → mix & cook for 2–3 mins.
6️⃣ Finish with cheese, lemon juice & coriander.
