🛒 Ingredients:
-1 tbsp oil
-1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
-2–3 green chillies (slit)
-Bell peppers – red, yellow, green (chopped)
-1/2 cup boiled corn
-1/2 cup soya chunks (soaked & boiled)
-1/2 cup paneer cubes
-1 tbsp coriander powder & Mint leaves
-1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
-Salt to taste
-1–1.5 cups cooked rice (fresh or leftover)
🍽️ Recipe:
-Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and green chillies. Let them sizzle.
-Toss in all the chopped bell peppers. Sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled corn, soya chunks, and paneer cubes. Mix well.
-Add spices – coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
-Stir everything, cover the lid, and let it cook for 2 minutes.
-Now add cooked rice and mix everything until well combined.
-Serve hot and enjoy your wholesome, protein-rich lunch!
