We are BACK with a fall inspired, healthy, & realistic WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – and not only THAT but we have some MAJOR LIFE UPDATES – this video is jam packed with some of my favorite recipes to date and if you ever have the pleasure in making any, PLEASE tag me, as it makes my heart OH SO FULL

Meals and Recipes:

Breakfast:
Protein Pumpkin Spice bagel w/ snickerdoodle nut butter, greek yogurt, & cinnamon

Bagel Recipe:
– Equal parts greek yogurt to dry ingredients
– Dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, Ballerina Farms Protein Powder (can sub the protein for some pumpkin spice seasoning, just be sure to make the flour and greek yogurt the same ratio)
– 1tsp baking soda
– Egg wash & optional cinnamon topping
– Bake on 350F for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through

Lunch:
Tofu nourish bowl
Air fried tofu, spiralized zucchini, roasted honey nut squash, roasted corn, edamame, KBBQ sauce, & kimchi

Afternoon Snack:
Snack Plate!

Dinner:
Healthy Turkey Chili
– Ingredients
– 1 28oz can diced/crushed tomatoes
– 1 can kidney beans
– 1 can corn
– 1lb lean ground turkey
– 1.5ish cup chicken broth
– 1 cup yellow onion
– 3 cloves garlic
– Cumin
– Paprika
– Salt
– Chili powder
– Olive oil
– Sautee garlic and onions in a large pot in the olive oil until fragrant. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, then add your spices and mix well. Combine the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil for a few minutes, and let simmer for about 30min-1hour
– Scoop into a bowl, serve with optional cheese, greek yogurt, tortilla chips, etc, and ENJOY

Sweet Treat:
Healthier Stewed Apple Crumble
