Healthy Snack Balls in Air Fryer



Air Fryer Cheese Ballls – Tea Time Snack – Kids Lunchbox Idea – #cheeseballsrecipe #snacks #airfryer
Ingredients
• Carrots 2, steamed
• Chickpeas 1 cup, canned/boiled
• Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
• Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Chili flakes 1/2 tsp or more
• Onion powder 1 tsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
Preparation
1. Mash together steamed carrots and chickpeas using a masher.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Air fry at 180˚C for 14 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
6. DEEP FRYING: Coat the balls in breadcrumbs before deep frying otherwise mozzarella cheese might leak into hot oil.
