Recipe (2 servings):
• 30g oat flour
• 10ml milk
• 80g skyr
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 2 tsp erythritol
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp olive oil (3g)
• pinch of salt
Mix and let rest for a few minutes.
👉 Cook the pancakes on a lightly greased pan.
Topping:
• 50g skyr + 10g vanilla whey
• 50g blueberries
• 2 Oreo cookies (crushed)
