🧾 Ingredients:
• Sandwich Bread
• Cabbage – 100g (chopped)
• Carrot – 1 (chopped)
• Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
• Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
• Coriander leaves – a few (chopped)
• Salt – a pinch
• Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
• Mayonnaise – as needed
• Fresh Cream – as per taste and texture
• Butter – to apply on bread
👩🍳 Preparation:
1. Chop all vegetables finely.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, cucumber, capsicum, and coriander.
3. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and fresh cream. Mix well.
4. Trim the bread edges and cut diagonally.
5. Apply butter on the inner sides and spread the filling evenly.
6. Wrap in cling film and chill before serving.
