1 bag fat free mozzarella cheese

100g light mayo
100g plain Greek yogurt
30g sugar free ketchup
15g sugar free sweetener (stevia)
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 tablespoon peprika
Instructions
To a hot skillet add in 3lbs 96/4 beef
300g chopped onions
300g chopped bell peppers
Heavy pass of
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Peprika
Boil your 16oz of protein pasta
Make your Yum Yum Sauce ⬇️
100g light mayo
100g plain Greek yogurt
30g sugar free ketchup
15g sugar free sweetener (stevia)
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 tablespoon peprika
Now that your beef is done add in
Your pasta
Your sauce
3 slices provolone cheese
1 bag fat free mozzarella cheese
Mix
8 preps
Reheat fridge 1:30 min
Freezer add a little water with a paper towel over the top 2:30 seconds should be good to go!
