Ingredients
(Serves 2 — about 560 kcal per person)

・Chicken thighs: 300 g
・Napa cabbage: 1/4 head (about 400 g)
・Tofu: 1 block (about 300–400 g)
・Your favorite mushrooms — 100 g
・Carrot: 1/2 (about 75 g)
・Chicken stock powder: 1 tbsp
・Water: 1 L
(Sauce)
・Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
・Citrus juice: 1 tbsp
・Sesame oil: 1 tsp
(Optional)
・Shichimi chili powder: a little

Instructions

1 Cut all ingredients into bite-size pieces.
2 Bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
3 Add the chicken and boil gently.
4 Skim off any foam.
5 Add chicken stock powder.
6 Add all vegetables and tofu.
7 Cover and simmer until cooked through.
8 Dip in the sauce and enjoy.
