1.5 tsp Salt

🔥 How to Make:

Roast the dals on a medium flame till aromatic.

Add cumin, mustard, chillies, pepper, and curry leaves — roast till crisp.

Let it cool, then add turmeric & salt.

Grind to a fine powder and store in an airtight jar.
