What You’ll Need:
Chicken Marinade:
Chicken breast
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
Honey
Lime juice
Cucumber Salad:
Cucumber (diced)
Avocado (cubed)
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Cilantro (chopped)
Lime juice
Honey
Salt & pepper
Additional Toppings:
Cauliflower rice (or your grain of choice)

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Marinate the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, honey, and lime juice. Sear or grill until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
2️⃣ Toss the cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
