🥣 Ingredients:
• 1 cup moong dal (soaked 7–8 hours)
• 1 small piece ginger
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 green chilli (chopped)
• 1 small tomato (chopped)
• 1 carrot (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• ½ capsicum (chopped)
• 1 tbsp curd
• Curry leaves (optional)
• Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking
👩🍳 Method:
1. Soak moong dal overnight and grind with ginger and turmeric powder to make a smooth batter.
2. Add chopped veggies, curd, curry leaves, and salt. Mix well.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and spread the batter evenly.
