Ingredients needed to prep this meal:
Beans
onions
red palm oil
Maggie cube
scotch bonnet peppers.
How to prepare this meal:
1. per boil your beans on the fire, to per boil you add water and your beans and place it on the fire.
2. once it is per boil you wash/ rains your beans
3. after you add your slice onions + your Maggie cube, including water.
4. once you have seen that your beans is soft you then add your blended pepper + onions into the beans.
5. then cover and leave the beans to cook/mix with the beans for like three 3 minutes.
5. the next stage is to fry the red palm oil, of which you do this by putting the oil in a pan and add the sliced onions once the oil is hot.
6. once you seen that the onions are brown you removed the onions, and pour the oil in carefully manner into the beans.
7. mix the beans together and leave it on the fire for 3 minutes.
8. lastly add your salt.
