Oats Suji Uttapam Recipe

Ingredients:
• Oats – ¾ cup (powdered)
• Suji (semolina) – ½ cup
• Curd – 3 to 4 tbsp (about ¼ cup)
• Water – ¾ to 1 cup (add gradually)
• Grated/finely chopped veggies – carrot, capsicum,onion, coriander, ginger, green chili
• Salt – to taste
• Grated paneer – for topping
• Grated beetroot – for topping

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix oats powder, suji, curd, and about ¾ cup water. Stir well to make a smooth, pourable batter.
2. Rest for 10 minutes — the batter will thicken slightly. Add more water if needed , like uttapam consistency.
3. Add grated or finely chopped veggies, ginger, green chili, and salt. Mix well.
4. Heat a tawa and pour the batter to make small uttapams.
5. Top each with grated paneer and beetroot.
6. cook on medium flame on both sides until golden and cooked properly. Serve with coconut/ peanut chutney
