📝 Ingredients
½ cup wheat flour
¼ cup ragi flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp jaggery powder (as per sweetness)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
½ cup milk (adjust consistency as needed)
1 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 Recipe
In a bowl, mix: wheat flour, ragi flour, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk and oil to the dry mix and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Adjust milk as needed for pancake consistency.
Heat a pan and pour a ladle of batter. Cook on low heat until bubbles appear, then flip.
Serve hot topped with melted dark chocolate, fruits, or nuts of your choice!
