Hansaji shares three simple and nourishing sattvik breakfast recipes that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. Each one is light, nutritious, and perfect for busy mornings — giving you sustained energy, improved digestion, and calm focus through the day.
You’ll learn:
• Millet Pancake – Made with bajra or jowar flour, lauki, and carrot. Gluten-free, rich in iron and fibre, and excellent for digestion.
• Foxtail Millet Pongal – A wholesome mix of foxtail millet and moong dal, tempered with ghee, cumin, ginger, and curry leaves. High in protein and ideal for diabetics.
• Ragi Kanji – A versatile porridge made from sprouted ragi flour, offering calcium, iron, and gut- friendly probiotics. Enjoy it as sweet, savory, or buttermilk-based.

Recipes:
• Millet Pancake: Mix 3 tbsp bajra/jowar flour, water, cumin, rock salt, grated lauki, carrot, and coriander. Roast thin on a tawa with ghee for 2 mins on each side. Serve with curd.
• Foxtail Millet Pongal: Pressure cook foxtail millet and moong dal for 5 mins. Temper with ghee, cumin, ginger, and curry leaves.
• Ragi Kanji: Whisk 2 tbsp sprouted ragi flour in water, cook till thickened, and cool slightly. Add buttermilk, or jaggery, or salt and cumin for your preferred version.
