🌿 Traditional Chyawanprash Recipe.
🧾 Ingredients
Main Ingredient:
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – 1 kg (fresh or dri)
Tej patra (Indian bay leaf) – 3 leaves
Cow’s ghee – 3 tbsp
Raw sugar or jaggery – 500 g (or to taste)
Dates – 250 g
You can also add honey instead of Dates
Big Cardamom 1
Green cardamom – 1
Dry Ginger powder – 1 tsp
Basil leaves – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Clove – 4-5
Saffron – few strands (optional

🍯 Dosage & Usage
Adults: 1–2 teaspoons daily (preferably morning on an empty stomach or with warm milk).
Children (above 5 years): ½ teaspoon daily.
