(to activate the yeast)
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp ground mishri/threaded rock sugar. you can use normal sugar instead
2 tsp instant dried yeast
(to make the dough)
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp rock salt
1/4 cup room temperature milk
1/2 cup room temperature water
3 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil or peanut oil
oil as needed for greasing the rolling surface, bread mould, etc
butter as neede for brushing the bread
