Steel-Cut Oats Moong Dosa

A wholesome twist to the traditional pesarattu — rich in protein, full of fiber, and keeps you full for longer. Perfect for kids, grown-ups, and fitness lovers alike! 💚

✨ Ingredients:
• ½ cup steel-cut oats
• ½ cup whole moong beans (green gram)
• 2 tbsp urad dal
• 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
• 2–3 green chillies
• A handful of spinach
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed

🥣 Method:
1. Soak oats, moong beans, urad dal, fenugreek seeds and oats for 6–7 hours.
2. Drain and blend with green chillies, spinach and enough water to make a smooth batter.
3. Let the batter ferment for 8–9 hours.
4. Once fermented, add salt and whisk well before making dosas.
5. Pour a ladleful of batter on a hot dosa tawa, spread evenly, and cook both sides until crisp and golden.
