Dry Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups of Whole Wheat Flour / Oat Flour(You can use some oat flour for a portion of the blend or for a completely gluten-free option.)
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed(Ground fresh right before use is best!)
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
3/4 Cup of Unsweetened Applesauce:
1/2 cup of Maple Syrup (You can also use Date Syrup)
1/4 Cup of Soy Milk (Unsweetened)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

🚢 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare Pan: Use a silicone loaf mold for easy, oil-free baking, or line a regular loaf pan.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.
4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together until smooth.
5. Combine: Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Bake: Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
