π₯ Zero Oil Grilled Chicken Salad recipe
No mayo, no oil β just pure health in a bowl! πͺ
πΏ Ingredients:
1 cup grilled chicken (boneless, chopped)
2 tbsp homemade curd (thick & chilled)
ΒΌ cup boiled sweet corn
Β½ cucumber (finely chopped)
Β½ onion (thinly sliced)
Few coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt β to taste
Oregano β Β½ tsp (for flavor)
π₯ Grill the Chicken:
Marinate chicken with salt, ginge garlic paste, tandoori moshla, origano and lemon juice.
Grill or pan-sear (without oil) till golden and cooked.
π₯£ Mix the Salad:
In a mixing bowl:
Add grilled chicken, curd, cucumber, onion, boiled corn, and coriander leaves.
Sprinkle salt and oregano.
Mix well until evenly coated.
