Here’s a tasty and healthy Paneer Soya Tikki recipe packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup soaked soya (blended)
• 1 cup grated paneer
• 1 small carrot (grated)
• 1 small capsicum (finely chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 green chilli (chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 boiled potato (mashed)
• 2 tbsp chopped beans
• ½ tsp haldi
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Oil for shallow frying
Steps:
1. Blend the soaked soya into a coarse paste.
2. In a bowl, mix blended soya, grated paneer, carrot, capsicum, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, boiled potato, and beans.
3. Add haldi, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice. Mix everything well to form a soft dough-like mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into round tikkis.
5. Heat a pan with little oil and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides until golden and crisp.
6. Serve hot with mint coriander green chutney.
