Recipe and ingredients:
3 tablespoons flaxseed.
Grind in a coffee grinder.
1 cup water.
Add half the water to the ground flaxseed to make a plant-based egg.
Let it sit for a couple of minutes.
½ cup (60 g) hazelnuts.
½ cup (50 g) walnuts.
½ cup (65 g) sunflower seeds.
Toast in a frying pan.
Grind in a blender.
A little Himalayan salt.
1 cup (100 g) pumpkin fiber (you can use almond flour or any other gluten-free flour).
2 tsp (10 g) baking powder.
2 tablespoons psyllium husk.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the remaining water.
Add about 1/2 cup more water (add gradually until you reach the desired consistency).
Let sit for 5 minutes.
A little vegetable oil.
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil.
Make slits.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown.
